中文摘要: 变压器振动分析法仍是当下在运变压器故障诊断研究重要研究方向。为了研究变压器振动的影响因素,对某电网公司若干台在运变压器在不同运行工况下的振动信号进行采集,通过大数据拟合训练、频域图谱特征分析等方法,研究了不同电流谐波畸变率、功率因数、温度、运行年限等对振动的影响情况,得到了电流畸变率对振动信号频谱影响的修正曲线、温度对振动幅值的修成公式;在本文提出的修正曲线、修正公式以及对大量数据进行分析总结的基础上,针对变压器铁心松动问题,提出一种考虑振动信号影响因素的变压器铁心松动故障诊断方法,即基于50Hz、150Hz、100Hz、200Hz频率分量变化趋势,建立特征量提取模型,通过比较正常、松动故障下的特征向量判断变压器状态,最后运用模拟试验检验该诊断模型的有效性。
Abstract:Transformer vibration analysis is still one of the hot spots in the fault diagnosis of transformers in operation.In order to study the influencing factors of transformer vibration,This article collects the vibration signals of some transformers under different operating conditions, Through big data fit training and frequency domain diagram feature analysis, etc., The effects of different current harmonic distortion, power factor, temperature, and operating life have been studied, The correction curve of the influence of current distortion rate on the spectrum of vibration signal and the repair formula of temperature on vibration amplitude are obtained.On the basis of the correction curve, correction formula and analysis of a large amount of data proposed in this article, Aiming at the problem of transformer core loose fault, a transformer core loose fault diagnosis method based on vibration signal is proposed, that is, a feature quantity extraction model is established by the changes of frequency components of 50Hz, 150Hz, 100Hz and 200Hz.The transformer state is judged by comparing the characteristic vectors under normal and loose conditions,Finally, the effectiveness of the diagnostic method is verified by analog test.
