中文摘要: 在技术革命、数字化生存、国家战略、能源革命多重浪潮的叠加之下,电网企业作为能源行业的核心枢纽,实施数字化转型已经成为必然趋势。本文围绕基于场景的数字标准应用模式,首先分析了基于场景的标准化通用理论模式,探讨如何将场景单元需求与标准条款知识内容进行知识关联,以便更好地应用标准,为数字标准的应用提供路径。然后,结合数字标准的特点,通过分析构建数字标准应用的总体思路和应用逻辑,理清了基于场景的数字标准应用模式的内在关系。最后,以运维检修模块为例,分析基于知识关联的典型业务场景数字标准智能化应用可行性和有效性,为持续深挖业务应用场景需求、充分释放标准价值具有参考意义。
Abstract:Under the superposition of multiple waves of technological revolution, digital survival, national strategy, and energy revolution, it is a general trend and imperative for power grid enterprises in the core hub position of the energy industry to implement digital transformation. This paper focuses on the application mode of digital standards based on scenarios. Firstly, it analyzes the general theoretical mode of standardization based on scenarios. This paper investigates the alignment of scene unit requirements with the knowledge content of standard clauses, in order to better apply standards and provide a pathway for the application of digital standards. Then combined with the characteristics of digital standard, through the analysis of the construction of digital standard application of the general idea, application logic, clear the scene based digital standard application mode of the internal relationship. Finally, using the operation and maintenance module as an exemple, the feasibility and effectiveness of intelligent application of digital standards based on knowledge association in typical business scenarios are analyzed . This has reference significance for continuously digging the requirements of business application scenarios and fully releasing the value of standards.
