中文摘要: 随着变电站从有人值守向无人值守转变,运行人员利用摄像头、机器人采集设备图像,以了解设备运行情况。但在雾天条件下,变电站采集的图像存在能见度低、不清晰问题,导致远程监控、操作无法有效开展,增加电网运行安全风险。本文针对雾天变电站图像进行研究。首先梳理了目前图像去雾算法种类以及去雾算法在电力系统中应用情况,同时总结了变电站雾天图像画面由表计、开关等设备组成、图像背景色彩以灰、黄、黑、白等色彩为主等特点。然后分析介绍了几种基于图像复原、图像增强技术去雾算法的原理。并选取实际采集的变电站雾天图像,从主观、客观评价两方面出发,综合对比分析几种去雾算法在变电站雾天图像去雾能力的优劣。最后,结合变电站雾天图像特点及图像去雾技术发展趋势,提出了几点未来的发展方向。
Abstract:As substations shift from manned to unmanned, operators use cameras and robots to capture equipment images to understand the operation of the equipment. However, under foggy conditions, the images collected by the substation have issues of low visibility and unclear clarity, resulting in ineffective remote monitoring and operation, and increasing the safety risk of power grid operation. This article focuses on the study of images of substations in foggy weather. Firstly, the current types of image defogging algorithms and their applications in power systems were reviewed. At the same time, the characteristics of the substation foggy image image were summarized, including the composition of meters, switches, and other equipment, and the background colors of the image were mainly gray, yellow, black, white, and other colors. Then, the principles of several defogging algorithms based on image restoration and image enhancement techniques were analyzed and introduced. And select the actual collected substation foggy images, starting from subjective and objective evaluation, comprehensively compare and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of several defogging algorithms in the defogging ability of substation foggy images. Finally, based on the characteristics of foggy images in substations and the development trend of image defogging technology, several future development directions are proposed.
