中文摘要: 为解决因季节性期间人口流动导致用电负荷短期增加,从而致使10kV油浸式配电变压器(简称:配变)重过载运行甚至发生烧毁等故障造就用电投诉问题。本文结合贵州区域内配变过载情况,分析了配变过载能力、影响过载能力的因素、过载运行导致风险和绝缘寿命损失计算,总结出配变过载运行的基本特征,提出以过电流温升试验方法验证其过载能力的解决思路和处理方法,并通过现场试验,验证了处理方法的可行性,为快速处理配变过载运行提供依据;同时,结合植物绝缘油具有良好电气性能、燃点高、原料来源广阔和可再生等优势,使用植物绝缘油替换矿物绝缘油来提升配变过载能力的应用验证,分析了更换油前后的负载性能情况,并从短期、中期和长期治理提出了建议。
Abstract:In order to solve the problem of short-term increase in electricity load due to population movement during the seasonal period, thus causing the 10kV oil-immersed distribution transformer (referred to as: distribution transformer) heavy overload operation or even burned out and other faults caused by electricity complaints. This paper combines the overload situation of distribution transformer in Guizhou region, analyses the overload capacity of distribution transformer, factors affecting the overload capacity, risks caused by overload operation and calculation of insulation life loss, sums up the basic characteristics of overload operation of distribution transformer, proposes overcurrent temperature rise test method to verify the overload capacity of the solution ideas and processing methods, and through the on-site test, verifies the feasibility of the processing methods, to provide a basis for rapid processing of distribution transformer overload operation; at the same time, combined with the plant insulation, the distribution transformer overload operation of heavy even burnt out faults caused by electricity complaints. At the same time, the application verification of using vegetable insulating oil to replace mineral insulating oil to improve the overload capacity of distribution substation is combined with the advantages of plant insulating oil with good electrical performance, high ignition point, wide source of raw materials and renewable, etc. The load performance before and after the replacement of the oil is analysed, and suggestions are made for short-, medium- and long-term governance.
