中文摘要: 目前对于变电站二次设计交付仍基于传统的图纸方式,对于图纸的校核以及现场的运维需具备专业知识的人工方式,不利于电力系统数字化技术的发展,为实现对变电站二次回路接线的智能校验,借鉴了IEC61850逻辑建模思路,提出了一种基于数字孪生的建模方案,并从变电站工程生命周期的源头-设计的角度出发,从总平面布置、到屏位布置、组屏方案以及关键的接线设计进行数字化建模,在此模型的基础上,结合工程经验将典型设计规范转化为数字化标准规则库,作为智能校核依据,以此实现对设计成品的校核,并通过对比匹配扫描站内屏柜、线缆二维码所获取的对象实例属性数据,从而达到辅助施工及后期运维的效果。通过凤凰山2号主变扩建工程模拟测试证明,采用该方法能够有效提升调试和运维人员工作效率。
Abstract:The design delivery of substation is still based on traditional drawing, which is not conducive to the development of digital technology of power system cause requiring professional knowledge for the drawing check or maintenance?,In order to realize the intelligent verification of substation secondary circuit,this method based on digital twin is proposed that uses IEC61850 logical modeling ideas for reference, and from the perspective of design, the source of substation engineering life cycle, digital modeling is carried out from the general layout, to the cubicle layout, the group cubicle scheme and the wiring design.The rule base based on this modeling system combining engineering experience used on intelligent verification ,then draw the smart calibration conclusion by comparing the object instance data from the QR-Code which scanned cubicles or cables in the station.The simulation test of FengHuangShan main transformer expansion project proves that this method can improve the efficiency of operator and maintenance personnel.
