中文摘要: 为利用智能化技术辅助核电厂现场维修和故障分析工作,作为企业开展精细化管理和高质量发展的重要依托,对已有数据进行分析利用已成为核电行业的共识。文章对知识图谱技术进行研究,分析设备故障知识图谱的应用模式,研究图谱的构建过程和应用场景。文章对知识获取、实体识别、关系抽取、知识融合、知识存储、知识服务等关键环节进行研究,分析提出设备故障知识图谱的潜在应用场景和具体实施路径,评估开展图谱构建与应用的工作难点,最后对知识图谱在核电厂设备管理上的应用方向和内容进行了探讨。
Abstract:Using intelligent technology to assist on-site maintenance and failure analysis of nuclear power plants is an important basis for enterprises to carry out refined management and high-quality development. It has become an industry consensus to analyze and utilize existing data. This paper studies the knowledge graph technology, analyzes the application mode of the equipment fault knowledge graph, and studies the construction process and application scenarios of the graph. This paper studies key links such as knowledge acquisition, entity recognition, relationship extraction, knowledge fusion, knowledge storage, and knowledge services, analyzes and proposes potential application scenarios and specific implementation paths of equipment failure knowledge graphs, and evaluates the difficulties in developing graph construction and application. Finally, the application direction and content of knowledge graph in nuclear power plant equipment management are discussed.
