中文摘要: 某亚临界600MW机组受引进技术限制,存在汽轮机高、中、低压缸效率达不到设计值,监视段参数偏离设计值,特别是五、六抽抽汽温度严重偏离设计值等问题,机组经济性较差。为达到国家煤电机组改造升级认定标准要求,进一步降低机组能耗,对该机组进行了微升参数通流改造研究。在微升参数边界条件下,采用先进F3D技术对通流结构进行系统优化,重新构建通流系统。通过对机组参数和结构优化,该机组在改造后,其各项性能指标达到显著提升,其考核工况下汽轮机热耗降低328 kJ/(kW.h),完全达到设计要求。该技术的成功应用,说明微升参数结合通流改造技术成熟,有利于进一步降低机组热耗,为同类型机组改造提供借鉴。
Abstract:A subcritical 600MW unit has higher heat consumption after the long-term commercial operation and its some monitoring parameters also deviate from the design ones besides for medium and low pressure cylinders efficiency and the extraction temperature of the fifth and sixth extraction steam, which reduces the unit economy. In order to meet the national energy conservation and emission reduction goals, the unit has been retrofitted with the micro-rise parameter flow path transformation. By using the advanced F3D technology, turbine’s flow passage structure was optimized and the turbine’s flow path passage was rebuilt. Through the optimization of unit parameters and structure, the unit"s various performance indicators have been significantly improved after the transformation, and the steam turbine heat consumption has been reduced by 328 kJ/(kW. h) under its assessment conditions, which has achieved good results, which can provide reference for the same type units.
