中文摘要: 针对当前一键顺控功能存在局限性大、运行风险高的问题,结合智能变电站运行实际,提出基于物理设备感知的多参量判别一键顺控系统,结合物理设备感知层与顺控系统之间的信息传递,依据多参数判据结合网络结构拓扑及操作规则对顺控系统任务选择、防误逻辑进行细化,结合继电保护接口传递的保护规则形成对实际运行设备的多元非同时感知及运行状态的确认,进一步提供顺控系统运行和操作可靠性,对变电站自动化设备稳定运行和电网安全具有重大意义。
Abstract:In order to solve the problems of large limitations and high operation risk of the current one-key sequence control function, combined with the actual operation of smart substations, a multi-parameter discrimination one-key sequence control system based on physical equipment perception is proposed, which combines the information transmission between the physical equipment perception layer and the sequence control system. The task selection and the anti-misoperation logic of the sequence control system are refined according to the multi-parameter criterion in combination with the network structure topology and the operation rules,while the confirmation of the multiple non-simultaneous perception and the operation state of the actual operation equipment is formed in combination with the protection rules transmitted by the relay protection interface of great and far-reaching significance to ensure the safe and reliable operation of substations and power grids.
