Abstract:Compared with ordinary private electric vehicles, the charging load of electric taxis is much higher and difficult to predict. Therefore, the uncontrollable charging load of electric taxis may bring huge and unpredictable peaks to the distribution system and cause serious damage. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a real-time pricing strategy, which can effectively adjust the charging load to track the given load curve. The strategy design includes three steps. First, according to the application scenario, simplify the optimal charging decision of electric taxi. Then, two charging load aggregation models are proposed to describe the relationship between charging decision and real-time electricity price, and between charging decision and total electricity. Finally, an effective online estimation method is proposed to calculate the appropriate real-time electricity price, so that the charging load can track the target load as a response to the price. Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.
