中文摘要: 随着以风光为主的新能源渗透率逐渐提高,其出力的不确定性对电网产生的影响也逐渐增加。为解决这一问题,本文提出了一种分阶段划分区域电网新能源渗透率的方法。首先,从时间上阐述了含有新能源在内的区域电网发展阶段划分的原则,并按照灵活的供需关系对其进行划分。然后,针对电网灵活性资源进行定量评估,综合考虑不同形式下的灵活性供需情况。通过10机系统的算例分析,得出了区域电网消纳新能源接入的能力。当新能源渗透率达到一定阈值时,此时电网的发展已经进入新能源高渗透率的阶段,可能会出现区域饱和的现象。研究发现,在不同的电网中,该阈值也有所不同。本文提出的方法可为电力系统规划和运行提供参考,以提高电网的稳定性和可靠性。
Abstract:With the gradual increase of the penetration rate of new energy mainly dominated by scenery, the impact of the uncertainty of its output on the power grid is also gradually increasing. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a method to divide the penetration rate of new energy in regional power grid by stages. First of all, this paper expounds the principle of dividing the development stage of regional power grid including new energy in time, and divides it according to the flexible supply and demand relationship. Then, a quantitative evaluation of power grid flexibility resources is carried out to comprehensively consider the flexibility supply and demand of different forms. The ability of regional power grid to absorb new energy access is obtained by analyzing the example of 10-machine system. When the penetration rate of new energy reaches a certain threshold, the development of power grid has entered the stage of high permeability of new energy, and regional saturation may occur. The study found that the threshold was also different in different grids. The method proposed in this paper can provide reference for power system planning and operation, so as to improve the stability and reliability of power grid.
