中文摘要: 分线线损率计算涉及供电、售电环节和电网拓扑结构,其异动原因复杂且排查困难。本文通过分析影响线损率计算的各个环节时空因素,针对单一线损异动及多重线损异动提出原因分析及故障排查方法。结合线损工作的历史数据,在研究时间影响因素和空间影响因素的基础上,根据线损率变化性质确定造成线损率异动的可变因素;通过定量分析可变因素与线损率的电量数据关系,建立不同因素对应的电量变化及线损率变化数据模型;针对单一线损异动和多重线损异动的情况,结合异动后拓扑变化和线损率变化进行电量还原计算,将异常变化规律和还原后的变化规律相结合实现异动原因的精准判断。算例分析验证了所提方法的有效性。
Abstract:The calculation of branch line loss rate involves the power supply, sales, and grid topology structure, it’s complex and difficult to investigate the reasons for line loss alteration. This paper puts forward a method of investigating the reasons for line loss alteration under single and multiple influences by analyzing time-space factors which affect the calculation of line loss rate. Based on the historical data of line loss work, variable factors of line loss rate in time and space factors are studied according to the analysis of time factors and space factors. By quantitatively analyzing the relationship between variable factors and power consumption data of line loss rate, data models for power consumption changes and line loss rate changes corresponding to different factors are established. For the case of single line loss and multiple line loss changes, combined with the topology changes and line loss rate changes after the change, the electricity restoration calculation is carried out, and the abnormal change law and the restored change law are combined to achieve accurate judgment of the cause of the change.Finally, an example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
