中文摘要: 为保障月度交易计划执行,提出了一种基于预期完成率的月内滚动机组组合方法,实现机组开停方式、电量计划完成情况和后续供需形势之间的有效匹配。为避免发电机组开停方式频繁调整,定义了发电厂预期完成率评价指标,以量化原发电机组组合方式下电量计划执行风险。若执行风险超过预期,则启动月内滚动机组组合。月内滚动机组组合以保障月度交易计划执行且各发电厂完成率均衡为优化目标,综合考虑电力电量平衡、网络传输能力、机组出力范围等约束约束,能够对当月后续运行日的发电机组组合方式优化调整。最后,基于IEEE-30节点系统构造的算例表明,预期完成率指标能够避免发电机组组合方式的频繁调整,保障发电厂月度交易计划可靠执行。
Abstract:I In order to guarantee the implementation of the monthly electricity trading schedule, an intra-month dynamic unit commitment method based on the expected completion rate is proposed to achieve an effective match between the unit operation mode, the completion of the electricity schedule and the subsequent supply and demand situation. In order to avoid frequent adjustments to the generating unit start-up and stop-down modalities, an indicator for the evaluation of the expected completion rate of the power plant is defined to quantify the risk of the planned implementation of electricity under the original generating unit combination modality. If the execution risk exceeds expectations, a dynamic portfolio of units is initiated for the month. The intra-month dynamic unit commitment is optimized to ensure the implementation of the monthly trading plan and the completion rate of each power plant is balanced, taking into account the power balance, network transmission capacity, unit capacity range and other constraints, can optimize the adjustment of the generation unit commitment on the subsequent operation days of the month. Finally, a case study based on the IEEE-30 buses system shows that the expected completion rate indicator can avoid frequent adjustment of the generator set combination method and ensure the reliable execution of the monthly trading plan of the power plant..
