中文摘要: 为解决核电文件分发面临准确性不高以及处理时间长的问题,文章提出建立一套自动化、智能化的文件分发系统方案,并从基于规则和利用机器学习进行文件智能化分发两个方面展开研究。通过对文件关键信息的识别和提取,建立基于关键信息的规则矩阵,同时附加规则执行反馈机制以完善规则矩阵。此外,对系统的数据来源和数据存储进行分析设计,借助机器学习完善分发规则以及利用算法计算出供系统使用的文件推荐列表。通过在原分发流程上增加规则引擎和智能推荐环节,大大增强了系统的自动化和智能化程度。从实际应用情况来看,智能化的文件分发系统能有效地提高分发准确性和及时性,实现了从人工向智能的跨越。为进一步提升应用效果,文章从语言算法模型和深度学习框架角度提出了后续的改进方向。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of low accuracy and long processing time in the document distribution of nuclear power plant, this paper proposes a set of automatic and intelligent document distribution system, and researches the intelligent document distribution based on rules and machine learning. Through the identification and extraction of key information, the rule matrix based on key information is established, and the rule execution feedback mechanism is added to improve the rule matrix. In addition, the data source and data storage of the system are analyzed and designed, the distribution rules are improved by machine learning, and the document recommendation list for the system is calculated by using the algorithm. By adding rule engine and intelligent recommendation to the original distribution process, the automation and intelligence of the system are greatly enhanced. From the practical application, the intelligent document distribution system can effectively improve the accuracy and timeliness, and realize the leap from artificial to intelligent. In order to further improve the application effect, this paper proposes the following improvement direction from the perspective of language algorithm model and deep learning framework.
