中文摘要: 智能变电站二次系统普遍采用三层两网的网络架构,使用合并单元、智能终端来分别完成点对点采样、跳闸,大量使用合并单元和光模块,采样可靠性得不到保障。同时,二次信息传输是按照功能分类,通过不同的系统独立传输,信息融合度低,各业务部门获取数据比较困难,信息传输无法为电网各个业务部门提供有效支撑。因此,在组网方案上优化了原有的三层两网组网方案,采用电缆采样、GOOSE网络跳闸来代替SV直采、GOOSE直跳;在信息传输方式上,打破专业壁垒,按照业务需求来重新组织信息传输,大力促进信息融合,实现数据共享。同时提出了优化方案需要解决的关键技术,分析了新方案推广实施的可行性,通过对比分析得出了新方案具有施工简单、维护方便、运行可靠、便于管理的结论。
Abstract:The secondary system of intelligent substation generally adopts the network architecture of three layers and two networks, which uses the merging unit and the intelligent terminal to complete point-to-point sampling and tripping respectively. The merging unit and optical module are widely used, so the sampling reliability cannot be guaranteed. At the same time, the secondary information transmission is classified according to functions and transmitted independently through different systems, with low degree of information fusion, it is difficult for every business department to obtain data, and the information transmission cannot provide effective support for every business department of the power grid. Therefore, the original three-layer and two-network networking scheme was optimized in the networking scheme, and cable sampling and GOOSE network tripping were adopted to replace the direct sampling of SV and GOOSE tripping. In terms of the way of information transmission, professional barriers should be broken, information transmission should be reorganized according to business needs, and information fusion should be vigorously promoted to realize data sharing. At the same time, puts forward the key technologies to be solved in the optimization scheme, analyzes the feasibility of the promotion and implementation of the new scheme, and draws the conclusion that the new scheme is simple in construction, convenient in maintenance, reliable in operation and convenient in management through comparative analysis.
