中文摘要: [目的/意义]为解决南方电网公司查新任务较重,查新人员人手不足的问题,针对南方电网公司进一步加强科技查新对科技创新的综合保障能力的需求,充分利用自动化、信息化技术,设计和实现一款电力领域科技查新系统。[方法/过程]通过对国内外现有查新系统进行分析,明确系统设计目标,分析南方电网公司具体查新需求和用例,构建系统需求模型、总体架构和流程模型,设计并实现一站式查新、多维度新颖性评估和自助查新等具有创新性的重点功能。[结果/结论]该查新系统完成了设计目标,在南方电网公司得到应用,大幅度减少了查新人员的工作压力,提升了该公司科技查新服务的响应效率和查新质量,升级了该公司科技查新的应急保障能力和整体服务水平。
Abstract:[Purpose/significance] In order to solve the problems about the heavy load of sci-tech novelty search tasks and the understaffed work force for it in China Southern Power Grid Company, according to the China Southern Power Grid Company’s problem of existing sci-tech novelty search method can"t meet the demand of sci-tech novelty search work, by using Intelligent technology and Information technology, we design and implement an Intelligent Sci-tech Novelty Search System. [Method/process]By analyzing the existing system in China, we put forward the design objective, build the system Requirements model and process model for this Sci-tech Novelty Search System, design and implement the function of "one-stop" novelty search, novelty assessment, “self-help” novelty search and etc.[Result/conclusion]This sci-tech novelty search system achieved the design goals, was accepted by the Acceptance Committee, have reduced the work pressure of novelty searchers, have improved the efficiency and quality of sci-tech novelty research of this company, improved the overall level of the China Southern Power Grid Company’s sci-tech novelty search work.
