中文摘要: 文章针对不同的杆塔类型提出了新型线路等值覆冰计算模型,设计了一种基于导线运动状态识别和倾角传感器的新型输电线路覆冰监测装置。所提方法将导线舞动实际情况视作自由单摆简谐运动,从而使倾角传感器能够在15°的摆幅角度变化下测量出采样角度值用于计算。装置的电源侧利用太阳能和超级电容作为电源,使用最大功率点跟踪(MPPT)技术提高太阳能能效,于2018-11-07—2018-11-12期间在贵州电力科学研究院六盘水梅花山防冰基地2、3号塔上的220kV、500kV侧安装运行,验证了所提方法及设计装置的有效性和可行性。
Abstract:According to the different types of power tower, this paper presents a new equivalent model of computing icing thickness, designs a conduct-icing monitor device, which based on transmission lines motion state recognition and angle sensors. The proposed method regards it as harmonic motion of simple pendulum, the angle sensors are able to measure accurate angles in a range of 15 degrees. The device adopts the solar cells and super-capacitors to provide energy sources, improving the utilization rate of solar energy with the Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) technique, installed on the Guizhou power grid co-operation deicing base, 220kV, 500kV No.2 and No.3 tower during November 7th-12th 2018. The results show that the device can available and feasible for monitoring icing transmission line.
