中文摘要: 本文对LED节能灯的谐波发射特性展开研究,建立典型LED内部结构模型,揭示LED谐波发射机理,仿真研究其谐波发射特性。提出谐波指纹的概念,表示谐波源的谐波发射特性,以无源元件对谐波电压的响应,论证谐波指纹特征。搭建实验平台,制定测试计划,对4个品牌的8款LED节能灯(共4种不同功率)在单独使用、串联使用、并联使用的情况下,进行测试,并分析其谐波指纹。测试结果表明,8款LED具有不同的谐波指纹,证明每一个设备都具有特殊的谐波指纹,电气结构相似的设备,具有相似谐波指纹。LED节能灯普遍具有相似的电气结构,测试得到的谐波指纹也呈现成了相似的分布特性。为以谐波指纹为载体,通过对设备电气结构的分析获取设备谐波发射特性奠定了基础。
Abstract:The characteristics of harmonic emission of LED are studied in this paper. The internal structure model of typical LED is established, and its harmonic emission characteristics are simulated, to revealing the harmonic emission mechanism of LED. This paper proposes the concept of harmonic fingerprint, which can represent the harmonic emission characteristics of harmonic source. Demonstration of harmonic fingerprint characteristics by studying the response of passive components to harmonic voltage. In this paper, a test platform is built and the test plan is made to test the harmonic emission characteristics of 8 types of LEDs (with 4 different powers) from 4 brands, the working condition of the LEDs includes single use, series use and parallel use. Based on the test results, harmonic fingerprints of the LEDs are studied. The test results show that 8 LEDs have different harmonic fingerprints, to prove that every equipment has its own special harmonic fingerprint, the equipment with the similar electrical structure has the similar harmonic fingerprints. Generally, LEDs have similar electrical structure, the measured harmonic fingerprints also show similar distribution characteristics. It lays a foundation for obtaining the harmonic emission characteristics of the equipment by analyzing the electrical structure of the equipment with the harmonic fingerprint as the carrier.
