中文摘要: 为解决以人工监督方式为主的电力施工作业现场传统安全管理方式不能满足当前电网作业“全覆盖、全过程、高时效”安全监督需求的问题,本文采用当今业界较成熟的人工智能技术,通过对数以十万计的图片进行特征学习不断增强特征抓取、识别的准确性、正确率,实现施工人员身份识别、施工人员行为识别、开关及刀闸状态识别、安全措施及标示牌识别、异常行为识别等功能,研发出电力施工智能安全管控系统。该系统通过流程设计有效规范施工作业流程,并通过程序设计对识别的异常信息进行语音提示报警,实现对电力施工作业现场安全管理的自动化、智能化,做到不安全行为及时发现、及时制止、及时纠正,有效提高安全监督管理成效。
Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the traditional safety management method of power construction site mainly based on artificial supervision can''t meet the needs of "full coverage, full process, high efficiency" safety supervision of current power grid operation, this paper adopts the more mature artificial intelligence technology in the industry today, and constantly enhances the accuracy and correctness of feature capture and recognition through feature learning of hundreds of thousands of pictures To achieve the functions of identification of construction personnel, behavior identification of construction personnel, status identification of switches and switches, safety measures and signs, abnormal behavior identification, etc., and develop an intelligent safety management and control system for power construction. The system effectively standardizes the construction process through the process design, and carries out voice prompt and alarm for the identified abnormal information through the program design, so as to realize the automation and intellectualization of the safety management of the electric power construction site, timely discover, stop and correct the unsafe behaviors, and effectively improve the safety supervision and management effects.
