中文摘要: 为解决泛在电力物联网和分布式发电快速发展带来的数据采集难题,准确掌握公司范围内分布式电源并网运行情况,瞄准电力系统未来发展的趋势,促进能源消纳质效提升和电力市场发展,本文采用VC++编程技术,结合D5000能量管理系统已有逻辑计算和告警功能,开发了新能源监测功能模块,提供对新能源的统一监控和经济调度;针对配电网接地故障发生较为频繁的问题,采用D50000系统的二次开发功能,合理设置了自动告警功能,促使电网安全稳定运行;针对配电网接地拉路准确率偏低的难题,采用大数据分析技术,利用历史数据和经验公式,自主开发了“忻州调控中心监控业务智能分析系统”软件模块,运行结果表明,该平台充分提升了配电网运行的经济性和安全性,促进了光伏扶贫的有效性。
Abstract:In order to solve the data acquisition problems caused by the increase of the distributed resources penetration on the grid and development of the ubiquitous power internet of things,accurately grasp the operation of distributed power sources within the state-grid company,aim at the future development trend of the power system, improve the ability of power grid to accept new energy and promote the coordinated development of energy consumption for the electricity market,this paper uses VC++ technology, combined with the functions of D5000 system,The management system D5000 has the functions of logical calculation and alarm, and has developed the function module of new energy monitoring to provide monitoring and economic dispatch of new energy.To solve the problem of the frequent occurrence of grounding faults in distribution network, the development function of D50000 system is adopted, and the automatic alarm function is reasonably set up to promote the security and stability of power grid.Based on the big data analysis, the software was developed independently To solve the problem of low accuracy of grounding pull in distribution network.The simulation results show that the platform improves the economic and safety of the distribution network operation, and promotes the effectiveness of photovoltaic poverty alleviation.
