中文摘要: 考虑到波浪能发电接入配网给配电网带来弱环运行和继电保护问题,首先建立波浪能发电模型,在此基础上分析波浪能并网后配网故障后给其继电保护方案带来的一系列影响,接着分析含波浪能发电的配电网故障计算方式,然后提出基于分区纵差配合自适应过流保护的方案实现含波浪能并网的配电网的继电保护,并通过仿真验证该方案的有效性。
Abstract:Considering that the wave energy power generation access distribution network brings weak ring operation and relay protection to the distribution network, the wave energy generation model is first established. On this basis, the wave energy can be connected to the distribution network and the relay protection is given. The series of impacts brought by the scheme, then analyze the fault calculation method of distribution network with wave energy generation, and then propose an overcurrent protection scheme based on improved partitioned differential to realize relay protection of distribution network with wave energy and grid connection, and The effectiveness of the scheme is verified by simulation.
