中文摘要: 为了解决贵阳地区电网现有集中监控系统参数维护工具效率低、错误率高的问题,满足电网调控一体化运行模式给电网调度自动化专业带来海量参数维护的工效要求,本文基于南方电网公司一体化电网运行智能系统(OS2)标准,同时结合贵阳电网调控一体化系统告警信息描述的特点,采用将告警信息描述结构化并从中提取有效关键字的方法,编制了可供计算机智能识别的数字量描述规范和模拟量描述规范,进而据此规范探索性地开发了智能导库工具,实现了原始点表的参数阈值自动填充、参数库高效正确导入的全自动操作,解决了由过分手动操作造成参数入库效率低、错误率高的问题,而后通过等量参数导库处理实验对原有参数维护工具与智能导库工具进行了工作效率的比较,验证了该规范的实用性,并对智能导库工具进行了深度改进展望。
Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the existing regional power grid in Guiyang centralized monitoring system parameter maintenance tools are inefficient, high error rate, and can meet the ergonomic requirements of massive parameter maintenance in the integrated operation mode of power grid dispatching and supervisory control for the specialty of power grid dispatching automation, the paper is based on the intelligent system for integrated grid operation (OS2) standard of China Southern Power Grid Corporation, and combined with the characteristics of warning information description of the integrated system of power grid regulation and control in Guiyang. By structuring the description of alarm information and extracting effective keywords from it, a description specification of digital and analog quantities for computer intelligent recognition is compiled. Based on this specification, an intelligent guide library tool is exploited, which can automatically fill in the parameters threshold of original point list and import the parameter library efficiently and correctly.It solves the problem of low efficiency and high error rate of parameter inputting caused by excessive manual operation, and then compares the efficiency of the original parameter maintenance tool with that of the intelligent guided library tool through the experiment of equal parameter guided library processing, verifies the practicability of the specification, and prospects the further improvement of the intelligent guided library tool.
