中文摘要: 配电线路分布广泛,支路众多,基于经济实用的因素,过电压监测装置不能实现在配电线路上的全覆盖监测。为了实现过电压在线监测装置对配网线路所处区域雷电参数的有效监测,从而获得配电线路上更为准确的雷电监测信息,进而分析获得雷电参数信息,在现有的线路雷电相关参数条件下,结合雷电定位系统采集的数据和配电线路的雷击跳闸率提出了一种对不同的工程条件下配电线路安装过电压监测装置布点选择的方法。该方法考虑不同工程条件下的不同影响因素,通过定量的计算,实现配电线路安装过电压监测装置重要性的数值计算,有效地确定过电压监测装置的布点,从而实现更为准确地监测雷电参数,对进一步实现线路耐雷水平的评估、线路防雷设计的改进提供数据基础。
Abstract:Distribution lines are widely distributed and there are many branches. Based on economic and practical factors, overvoltage monitoring devices can not achieve full coverage monitoring on distribution lines. In order to realize the effective monitoring of lightning parameters in the area where the distribution line is located by the on-line overvoltage monitoring device, so as to obtain more accurate lightning monitoring information on the distribution line, and then analyze and obtain the lightning parameters information, under the existing conditions of lightning related parameters of the line, combining the data collected by the lightning location system and the lightning trip-out rate of the distribution line, a different work is proposed. The method of selecting the locations of over-voltage monitoring devices installed on distribution lines under range conditions. This method considers different factors under different engineering conditions, and through quantitative calculation, realizes the numerical calculation of the importance of installing overvoltage monitoring devices in distribution lines, effectively determines the distribution points of overvoltage monitoring devices, thus realizes more accurate monitoring of lightning parameters, and provides data basis for further realizing the evaluation of line lightning resistance level and improvement of line lightning protection design.
