中文摘要: 对于大规模分布式电源接入后的主动配电网,双向潮流、海量数据处理、通信阻塞等都是亟待解决的问题,基于传统配电网发展起来的配电管理系统难以应对主动配电网的信息模型和数据管理需求。本文首先归纳了近年来国内外配电管理系统的研究现状和发展方向,并提出了信息模型与通信、大数据分析处理技术、主动优化控制方法、动态组网技术等4个主动配电网管理所需要的关键技术,然后进一步论述了国内第一个主动配电网示范工程中采用的主动配电管理系统对于相关关键技术的功能实现方法,最后提出了主动配电管理系统三层控制架构,通过控制维、时间维和空间维之间不同层次间的配合,实现分层协调控制,解决了主动配电网中海量数据处理和通信阻塞问题,可为后续主动配电网管理提供经验和参考。
Abstract:Bi-direction power flow, massive data processing and communication obstruction are problems urgently to be solved in active distribution network (ADN) which is with high penetration of distributed generation. Distribution management system (DMS), which is developed based on traditional distribution network, is difficult to cope with the needs of information modeling and data management for ADN. Firstly, this paper summarizes research results and development direction of DMS at home and abroad in recent years. Secondly, four key technologies for active distribution management system (ADMS) are proposed, including information model and communication technology, big data analysis and processing technology, active control method and dynamic networking. Then, the first domestic ADMS demonstration project is employed to demonstrate the function realization of the relevant key technologies applied in ADMS. Finally, a three-layer control architecture of ADMS is proposed, which realizes hierarchical coordination and control through the coordination among different levels of control dimension, time dimension and space dimension, and thus the problems of massive data processing and flow communication obstruction could be solved. This research can provide experience and reference for follow-up ADMS.
