中文摘要: 电力管线纳入综合管廊是我国城市管线建设发展方式的重大转变,开展综合管廊配套电网规划方法研究具有重要意义。本文提出了一种基于启发式Warshall-Floyd算法的城市综合管廊配套电网规划方法,涉及新建线路与改造线路两类规划方法,讨论了电力线路入廊时序确定方法,最后提出了一种综合管廊与电力线路双维度的规划结果输出方式。案例分析在贵州省某山地城市综合管廊配套电网规划中展开,利用MATLAB软件,验证了所提方法的有效性及实用性。可为综合管廊配套电网的合理规划提供一种新思路。
Abstract:The integration of existing and planned power cables into the urban multi-utility tunnels(UMUTs) will be a significant change in the development mode of urban underground pipelines construction in China. It is of great significance to carry out the research on the planning methodology of electric power distribution system(EPDS) supporting UMUT plan. In this paper, a heuristic Warshall-Floyd algorithm(WFA) based planning method of EPDS supporting UMUT plan is proposed, which involves two kinds of methods for the rebuilding and newly-built cables, respectively. Then, the issue about determining the construction sequence of EPLs involving UMUTs is discussed. Finally, a two-dimensional outputting method about planning scheme separately from the perspective of electric power line(EPL) and multi-utility tunnel(MUT) is also demonstrated. The case analysis has been carried out in the EPDS plan supporting UMUT plan in a mountainous city, Guizhou, China. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified in this case by MATLAB platform.
