中文摘要: 为解决变电站二次设备防误操作问题,用技术手段实现二次设备检修安全管控,本文探索基于物联网的二次设备防误操作技术。研究的技术方案是将系统数据存储在云端,通过手机APP授权智能钥匙的方式来实现变电站二次设备检修时的安全管控。系统包括二次设备检修安全管理软件、手机APP、智能钥匙、机械解锁钥匙、智能安全锁具、闭锁附件和安全警示牌等。当有检修任务时,运行人员根据工作票内容,通过手机授权智能钥匙,对检修面的二次设备关键点进行上锁,同时挂牌警示,防止误操作二次设备引发检修事故。检修过程中或检修结束需要开启锁具均需要手机授权,整个操作过程储存在云端,可查询和管控。该方案解决了二次设备防误技术硬件闭锁问题,实现了基于物联网的安全管控。
Abstract:In order to solve the problem of secondary equipment misoperation prevention in substations and realize the safety control of secondary equipment maintenance by technical means, this paper explores the secondary equipment misoperation prevention technology based on the Internet of things. The technical solution studied is to store the system data in the cloud, and realize the security control of the substation''s secondary equipment maintenance by authorizing smart keys through the mobile APP. The system includes secondary equipment maintenance safety management software, mobile phone APP, smart keys, mechanical unlock keys, smart security locks, locking accessories and safety warning signs, etc. When there is a maintenance task, the operator, according to the contents of the work ticket, authorizes the smart key through the mobile phone to lock the key points of the secondary equipment in the maintenance surface, and at the same time puts up a warning to prevent the accidental operation of the secondary equipment to cause maintenance accidents. Mobile phone authorization is required to open the lock during or after maintenance. The whole operation process is stored in the cloud, which can be inquired and controlled. This solution solves the problem of secondary equipment error prevention technology hardware locking, and realizes the security control based on the Internet of things.
