中文摘要: 本文针对我国电力发展的特点,以东北某火电厂为例讨论高压直流输电可能带来的次同步振荡风险,结合大唐贵州兴仁发电厂所处的网架结构,以兴仁发电厂作为研究对象。采用基于UIF的次同步振荡风险分析方法分析出在直流孤岛运行方式下,兴仁电厂机组轴系有发生扭振的风险。针对此情况,为消除次同步振荡对兴仁电厂机组及电网的安全稳定运行带来的危害,综合考虑经济性及安全稳定性,提出在电厂侧加装TSR装置的解决方案。本文介绍了TSR装置的特点和功能,将直流孤岛方式运行下的一段模态频率1的幅值发散仿真波形作为TSR装置输入,验证装置在此激励下的动作特性,表明TSR装置能够有效起到保护机组轴系安全稳定运行的作用,验证了此方案的可行性,以及安装TSR装置的必要性。
Abstract:In view of the characteristics of China''s electric power development, this paper takes a thermal power plant in Northeast China as an example to discuss the possible sub-synchronous oscillation risk caused by HVDC transmission. This paper takes Xingren Power Plant as the research object, which combined with the grid structure of the power plant. The risk analysis method of sub-synchronous oscillation based on UIF is used to analyze the risk of torsional vibration of the unit shafting in Xingren Power Plant under DC island operation mode. In view of this situation, in order to eliminate the harmfulness of sub-synchronous oscillation to the safe and stable operation of units and power grids in Xingren Power Plant, the solution of installing TSR device in power plant is put forward in consideration of economy and safety and stability. This paper introduces the characteristics and functions of TSR device. The simulation waveform of divergent amplitude of modal 1 under DC islanding mode is used as the input of TSR device. The operation characteristics of TSR device under this excitation are verified. It shows that TSR device can effectively protect the safe and stable operation of shafting system of generating unit, and verifies the feasibility of this scheme. Behavior and the necessity of installing TSR devices are also verified.
