Abstract:SUnder the general trend of global economic development, the fierce market competition environment has made the role of economic risk management more prominent. However, in the process of the operation of Chinese enterprises, some enterprises have not paid enough attention to economic risk management, which makes the management level unable to be effectively improved, thus greatly hindering economic development. Therefore, this paper takes Guiyang Power Supply Bureau Comprehensive Service Center as the research object, and explores and analyzes the concept, principle and effectiveness countermeasures of the unit"s internal control and economic risk management.
