中文摘要: 积分模块抗干扰设计是电子式互感器研制过程中的关键性技术。为适应数字化变电站内的实际运行环境,提升电子式互感器的运行稳定性,本文分析了电子式互感器积分模块的实现原理,研究了电子式互感器的现场干扰来源及其对积分模块工作特性的影响。针对目前电子式互感器积分模块由于硬件滤波能力有限及采样速率不足,导致外部高频输入信号频率混叠并引起积分采样输出异常的问题,提出了相应的软、硬件解决方法。通过在采集单元内部实现软件积分避免数据传递误差,采用高阶滤波电路抑制高频信号输入,提高模数转换频率减少高频信号采样失真等可行技术,增强了电子式互感器积分模块在工程应用中的抗干扰能力。本文研究的技术方案能大幅消除了外部高频干扰对软件积分功能的影响,可有效提高罗氏线圈原理的电子式互感器的运行可靠性。

Abstract:The anti-interference design of integral module is the key problem in the development of electronic transformer. In order to adapt to the actual operation environment in the digital substation, enhance the operation stability of the electronic transformer, this paper analyses the realization principle of integral module for electronic transformer, researches the source of interference of electronic transformer and its influence on the working characteristics of integral module. Aiming at the problems of limited filtering ability, low sampling rate, frequency overlap of high frequency signal, which leads to abnormal output of integration module in electronic transformer, the corresponding software and hardware solutions are put forward.The software integration is used to avoid data transmission error, the high-order filter circuit is used to suppress high-frequency signal input, and the feasible technology such as reducing the sampling distortion of high-frequency signal is improved. The anti-interference ability of the electronic Transformer integration module in engineering application is enhanced. The technical scheme studied in this paper can eliminate the influence of external high frequency interference on the software integration function, and effectively improve the operation reliability of the electronic transformer based on the Roche coil.
