Abstract:In this paper, the City Power Supply Bureau in the power grid enterprise management system is in a connecting link between the preceding and the following "key position", with the City Power Supply Bureau as an example, to explore the existing organizational structure and management mode, how to establish and business management, asset management, capital management, comprehensive planning management and other links of the overall budget management and control system.
