中文摘要: 在基建项目电子化移交过程中,由于人为原因录入电子化台账后,缺乏责任心,未及时查看生产管理系统回退情况。又因专业审核人员出差等其他因素,也未做到及时审核,造成了等待时间浪费、人力资源的浪费,影响了电子化台账工作的顺利推进工作。本文提出借助“电子化移交作业监控平台”,依托信息化管理手段,采取预警监控进度管理管控;以业务流程为指引,规范了流程明确了工作内容;以手机短信互发信息提醒,及时了解审核是否通过或回退,缩短电子化台账工作流程时间,并对专业审核人员审核的时效性提高了效率,进一步提高电子化台账工作及时性、准确性和规范性。
Abstract:In the process of electronic transferring of construction projects, the waste of time and human resources is very easily happened due to personal factors such as shortage of responsibility which leads to delayed examination of system’s rollback status after the input of electronic account, or absence of professional auditors due to business trips. As a result of this, the advance of electronic accounting may be affected. This article introduces the monitoring platform of electronic transferring operation, which regulates the procedure and clarifies the scope based on information management, early warning monitoring and guidance of service procedure. Besides, this platform is able to inform users the status of audition by sending short message, which save the time consumed during electronic accounting and improve the efficiency of auditors. Therefore, the promptness, accuracy and regulation of electronic accounting can be improved a lot.
