中文摘要: 企业实践表明,管理者的领导力水平对于企业发展有重要的影响。为了向贵州县级供电局构建一套有效的领导力评价指标体系,以满足县级供电局领导力建设的需求,并在此基础上,建立指标对应的测试量表,以促进指标后续的应用落地,本研究首先通过访谈法、头脑风暴法和德尔菲法构建指标体系,然后通过关键事件访谈法、问卷调查法收集与电力行业密切相关典型情景案例,编制情境判断测试量表,构建了贵州电网县级供电局领导力评价指标体系,并基于该体系开发了贵州电网公司领导力测评工具,为贵州电网公司发展提供帮助,并为未来研究提供参考。
Abstract:Enterprise practice shows that the leadership level of managers has an important influence on enterprise development.In order to construct a set of effective leadership evaluation index system for guizhou country power supply bureau, meet the demand of the construction of the county-level power supply bureau leadership, establish index corresponding test scale to facilitate the indicators subsequent application and landing, this study firstly through interviews, brainstorming method and Delphi method to construct index system, then compile situational judgment test scale and the evaluation index system of guizhou power grid power supply bureau leadership at the county level through the critical incident interview method, questionnaire survey method collecting the typical scenario cases that is closely related to electric power industry. Based on the system,we developed leadership assessment tools of guizhou power grid company, providing assistance for the development of guizhou power grid company and reference for future research.
