中文摘要: 电力系统继电保护装置实时采集到的电流、电压、开关量等外部开入量的正确与否直接影响到继电保护动作的正确性。本文结合工程实际,对某变电站220kV主变保护装置在调试过程中出现采集量开入异常的现象进行分析,首先,对事件中主变保护的故障开入回路进行检测,找到异常原因为稳压管漏电流偏大,并从稳压管失效的三种模式对稳压管异常进行了分析;其次,通过试验、加量模拟的方法对故障及正常开入回路关键点电压、电流进行比对,进一步明确了保护装置开入失效的原因;最后,提出两种解决方案,最终从经济、安全的角度出发,选取了一种最优方案,将现场三极管开入上拉电阻为1kΩ的插件更换为电阻稳压管,避免了因保护拒动、误动对电网带来的巨大风险。
Abstract:Whether the current, voltage, switching amount and other external binary input values collected by relay protection device of power system in real time are correct or not directly affects the correctness of relay protection action. Based on engineering practice, this paper analyzes the phenomenon that the 220kV main transformer protection device in a substation has abnormal acquisition opening during commissioning process. First, the fault opening loop of the main transformer protection in the event is tested. It is found that the reason for the anomaly is that the leakage current of the stabilized tube is too large, and the anomaly of the stabilized tube is analyzed from the three modes of failure of the stabilized tube. Secondly, the voltage and current of the key points of the fault and normal open loop are compared by means of test and simulation, and the reasons for the failure of the opening and entering of the protection device are further clarified. Finally, two kinds of solutions are proposed. and ultimately from the perspective of economy and security, an optimal solution is selected. The plug-in with an on-field transistor with a pull resistance of 1kΩ is replaced by a resistor stabilizer. which avoids the huge risk of the power grid caused by the protection refusal and maloperation.
