中文摘要: 格里桥水电站2号机组检修过后,开机运行出现了下导轴承摆度偏大的情况。当振动超过规定的允许值时,便会影响机组的供电质量、安全运行和机组的寿命,需及时找出原因并采取措施减小或消除。针对格里桥水电站2号机组的具体情况,探讨了影响水轮发电机组的振动的因素,并通过变转速试验、变励磁试验、动平衡试验对可能引起格里桥电站机组振动的因素进行了逐一分析和排除,最终解决了下导轴承摆度值偏大的问题,并在处理过程中发现油盆的结构不足也会导致下导摆度持续变化并偏大的问题。此次原因分析及处理过程,通过动平衡和机械部件结构的排查,为其他类似电站机组处理摆度值偏大的问题提供了参考处理意见。
Abstract:After the overhaul of Unit 2 of Ge Li Qiao Hydropower Station, the swing of the lower guide bearing is found to be too large when it starts. When the vibration exceeds the permissible value, it will affect the power quality, safe operation and lifespan of the unit. It is necessary to find out why and reduce or eliminate it. Concerning the specific condition of Unit 2 of Ge Li Qiao Hydropower Station,the paper discuss factors that may affect the vibration of the hydro-generator unit ,and analyze and eliminate those one by one through experiments,including rotation speed changes , excitation changes and dynamic balance. Through the above efforts, the problem of the large swing value of the lower bearing is solved ,and also the inadequate oil basin structure is found to have a continuous increase effect on the swing of the lower guide bearing. Analysis and treatment in this paper is mainly based on dynamic balance experiment and mechanical components checking,which provides references for other similar power plant units to deal with the problem of large swing value.
