中文摘要: 随着社会经济的发展,科技方面的发展也是突飞猛进,GIS组合电器(包括断路器)的投运规模渐渐增大,其主要具有集成化程度较高、所用占地面积较少、日常耗费的维护工作量较少等优点,GIS的检修难度大、停电时间长、影响范围广,一直受到制造厂和用户的重点关注。本文主要针对六盘水供电局某220kV变电站6台GIS断路器在预试过程中,存在分闸时间参数均超标的集中缺陷,通过分析集中缺陷产生的原因,研究了该型号断路器分闸线圈的动作配合情况,并结合各类可能影响时间参数的因素,最终通过几种方法的比较,采用调节线圈的行程和间隙,来减小脱扣时间的处理方法, 并分析总结了此类缺陷的产生原因,提出了有效的防范措施,保证了电网的安全稳定运行。
Abstract:With the development of social economy, the development of science and technology is also advancing by leaps and bounds. The scale of operation of GIS combined electrical appliances (including circuit breakers) is gradually increasing. It mainly has a high degree of integration, a small footprint, and daily maintenance. The advantages of less workload, GIS is difficult to overhaul, long power outage, and wide range of influence, and has been the focus of manufacturers and users. In this paper, six GIS circuit breakers of a 220kV substation in Liupanshui Power Supply Bureau are used in the pre-test process. There are concentrated defects in the parameters of the opening time. The causes of the opening of the circuit breaker are studied by analyzing the causes of the concentrated defects. Cooperate with the situation, combined with various factors that may affect the time parameters, finally through several methods of comparison, using the stroke and clearance of the adjustment coil to reduce the tripping time processing method, and analyze and summarize the causes of such defects , put forward effective preventive measures to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
