中文摘要: 某电厂四台机组的启动/备用电源采用外接单电源供电。为解决外接单电源线路故障后,机组会失去备用电源,运行安全风险大,以及机组正常的检修、启动期间,采用外网购电,购电成本较高等问题。通过对6kV厂用电系统多种方式下进行改造可行性研究,提出了三种6kV厂用电系统改造方案,通过对其优点和缺点进行综合技术研讨和方案论证,综合考虑了投资费用、施工条件、设备状况等因素,最终采用1~4号机组6kV 厂用A、B 段分别用电缆与6kV公用C(D)段之间实现并联的方式进行改造。2017年完成6kV厂用电系统的技术改造,经过1年时间的运行,验证了本方案的可行性和优越性。通过改造不仅极大提高了厂用系统运行方式的灵活性、机组运行的安全性和经济性,消除了启备电源停电带来的安全风险,同时实现了运行机组对停运机组的供电,节约外购电量降低运行成本,最大限度减少外购电量。
Abstract:The starting/standby power of four units of a power plant is supplied by an external single power source. In order to solve the failure of the external single power line, In order to solve the problem that the unit will lose the standby power supply after the fault of the external single power line, the operation safety risk is high, and the unit will use the external network to purchase electricity during the normal maintenance and start-up period, and the purchase cost is high. Through the feasibility study of reformation of 6kV auxiliary power system in various ways, three reformation schemes of 6kV auxiliary power system are put forward. Through comprehensive technical discussion and scheme demonstration of their advantages and disadvantages, the factors such as investment cost, construction conditions and equipment condition are considered comprehensively. Finally, 6kV auxiliary A and B of unit 1-4 are adopted. Segments are transformed by means of parallel connection between cables and 6kV common C (D) segments. The technical renovation of 6kV auxiliary power system was completed in 2017, and the feasibility and superiority of the scheme were verified after one year operation. The modification not only greatly improves the flexibility of the operation mode of the plant system, the safety and economy of the unit operation, eliminates the security risks caused by the power failure of the startup power supply, but also realizes the power supply of the operating unit to the outage unit, saves the purchased power and reduces the operation cost, and minimizes the purchased power.
