中文摘要: 本文从六个方面分析单机AGC存在的问题,指出该方式增加了电厂的整体煤耗、电耗,影响机组的经济性和安全性;阐述厂级AGC原理、系统结构及主要功能,厂级AGC能根据各台机组的煤耗率、响应速率、调节范围、运行工况等,自动合理地进行全厂机组最优化负荷分配,有效降低发电成本,促进机组高效、经济运行;所以进行厂级AGC改造非常必要。从负荷上升、下降、稳定三种情况讲解厂级AGC的分配策略,提出厂级AGC改造必须坚持的原则;对改造后的运行方式进行总结,从单机指令跳变、单机指令为零、自动退出厂级AGC三种现象进行原因分析并提出解决办法,对厂级AGC负荷安排作出要求,通过优化机组带负荷的运行方式,提高机组经济性,最后介绍了改造后的运行效果,对发电企业多台机组的厂级AGC改造有较强的指导意义。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the problems existing of single-unit AGC from six aspects, and points out that this method increases the overall coal consumption and power consumption of the power plant, and affects the economy and safety of the unit. The principle, system structure and main functions of plant-level AGC are expounded, The plant-level AGC can be operated according to the coal consumption rate, response rate, regulation range and operating conditions of each unit.the optimal load distribution of the whole plant is automatically and reasonably carried out, the power generation cost is effectively reduced, and the unit is efficiently and economically operated, therefore, it is necessary to carry out plant-level AGC transformation. This paper expounds the distribution strategy of factory-level AGC from three aspects of load rise, drop and stabilization, puts forward the principles that must be adhered to in the transformation of factory-level AGC, summarizes the operation mode after the transformation, analyzes the causes of the three phenomena of single-machine instruction jump, single-machine instruction zero, and automatic withdrawal from factory-level AGC, and puts forward the solutions. Load arrangement is required to improve unit economy by optimizing the operation mode of unit with load. Finally, the operation effect of the retrofitted unit is introduced, which has a strong guiding significance for the retrofitting of multi-unit AGC in power plant.
