Abstract:This paper developed a set of intelligent management control system with intelligent infrared fence and mobile power supply in high-voltage test site.The control system developed mobile power supply，which can Provide high quality AC and DC power supply.To solve the problems of the traditional security fence in high-voltage test,an infrared counter device is added to the original fence,When the Outsider touches the infrared ray, the alarm device will be triggered, and the power will be cut off remotely.Intelligent infrared fence was based on the technique of infrared detection, signal detection and processing etc which have good security. Analysing the system design of the mobile power supply which provide the stable and high quality input power for high voltage test.The control system has intelligent safety control on the scene of sudden violation，it can provide stable and high quality input power for the instrument ，which achieves the goal of "flexible, convenient, stable, precise, safe and intelligent" on the test site.
