Abstract:Business data of electric power enterprise exist some problems such as artificial interference, statistical definition diversified and management standard deletion. All above has caused data statistical difficulty, low real-time efficiency, data inaccuracy and so on. These problems influenced the deepening application on data. Aiming at these problems, this paper has provided an electric power enterprise data governance scheme based on data life cycle management. By constructing public data cloud, developing data resource pool construction, deploying three public data resource management platforms such as structured data center, unstructured data center and massive quasi-real-time data center, the complete number of power grids is defined. Data management process and data responsibility mechanism, data from data acquisition to data processing, data distribution to data use of data life cycle management, from each link to control data quality, supplemented by data quality assessment, improve the timeliness, accuracy and integrity of grid data. Through the application practice in transmission, distribution, power grid dispatching, power grid planning and other aspects, the scheme realizes the quality control and centralized application of multi-caliber business data, improves the data quality and comprehensive management level, and realizes the full sharing of professional data assets.
