Abstract:“Leading Cockpit” is an enterprise intelligent management monitoring platform based on multi-system data, which transforms big data into easy-to-accept scenes and views for managers, enabling managers to intuitively, conveniently and visually grasp the overall operation of the power supply company, and control and make decision scientifically, in real time and efficiently. With the comprehensive promotion of the “Three Episodes and Five Majors” system, the rapid development of the company and the continuous improvement of the level of informatization have enabled the professional management departments to use the corresponding information systems and generate massive amounts of data during the use of the information systems. However, these professional data are separated from each other, the system cannot be integrated, and the data value is not fully exploited, it is impossible to provide enterprise-level operational services of “see the full view of the company''s operations and real-time decision-making basis” for the managers. In October 2015, Wuhan Power Supply Company built the "Leading Cockpit" intelligent management monitoring platform. After two years of promotion and application, the platform has prompted Wuhan Power Supply Company to recover direct economic losses of 20 million yuan, which has brought huge economic benefits.
