Abstract:Communication resource data governance is a key step in the implementation of SG-TMS (communication management system of state grid). The integrity of basic data collection, the accuracy of data input and the timeliness of data preservation are directly related to the function realization of communication management system. For this, in combination with practice of Shandong Electric Power SG-TMS system, this article researches the whole process of data management of communication management system from six aspects such as the organization structure, data template, work flow, touring route, supervision and control, safeguard mechanism, and achieves remarkable achievements in improving work efficiency and data quality, It ensures the accuracy, consistency and scientificity of the data, constructs a new mode of centralized business control and management extending downward, and explore the new ways of communication management system of the lean management. Through the orderly implementation of the above measures, the original extensive data management mode was broken, and the lean management level of communication data was greatly improved, which is of practical guiding significance for the continuous promotion of communication management system construction.
