中文摘要: 某660MW超临界机组给水泵汽轮机在试运中,出现挂闸失败、调节油压低、速关阀不能正常开启、跳闸等问题,延误机组启动时间,严重影响机组和电网的安全运行。本文结合给水泵汽轮机调节系统油路流程和工作原理,分析出现挂闸失败、调节油压低等问题的原因,总结出该类型调节系统的故障特征,提出解决思路和处理方法,并通过现场试验,验证了处理方法的正确性,为快速判断和处理该类型调节系统类似故障提供依据;同时结合给水泵汽轮机速关阀结构原理,推导出速关阀中活动部件的力平衡方程,分析了速关阀动作过程对给水泵汽轮机挂闸的影响及其不能正常开启的原因,并从速关组件的结构原理出发,结合速关阀挂闸时的动作过程,推导出给水泵汽轮机挂闸成功与否启动油压力下降速度相差大的原因,为准确分析跳闸提供依据。
Abstract:During the trial operation of the feed water pump turbine for a 660MW supercritical unit, problems such as the failing launch, low regulating oil pressure, failing to open quick-closing valve, tripping fault often occurred, which delayed the start time of the unit seriously, affected the safe operation of the unit and the power grid. Combined the oil flow and working principle of feed pump turbine regulating system,this paper analyzed the reasons of failing launch, low regulating oil pressure and so on, and summarized the fault characteristics of the regulating system, put forward the solution ideas and treatment methods, verified the correctness of the treatment method through field test, gave some advises and references for quickly judging and dealing with similar failures of the regulating system as well. At the same time, this paper combined with feed pump turbine quick-closing valve structure principle, derived the force balance equation of moving parts in quick-closing valve, analyzed the influence of quick-closing valve action process on the latching of feed pump turbine and reasons why it cannot be opened normally. Based on the structural principle of the quick closing component, combined with the action process of the quick-closing valve during latching, deduced the reasons of the difference in the rate of oil pressure drop between the success and failure of launch of feed pump turbine , which can provide a basis for the accurate analysis of tripping.
