Abstract:At present, Henan is in a critical period of “surpassing the middle-income trap”. The relationship between the economic development mode and the power economy presents new characteristics that different from the past. It is imperative to further study the new laws and new trends in economic power relations and make scientific decisions for energy and power.This article starts with the mechanism and relationship of the "middle income trap", and compares and analyzes the characteristics of economic power development in China and typical countries in the "leapfrogging middle income trap" process, compares and pre-judge the economic and power changes trend in China and Henan in the future.
