中文摘要: 提升电压合格率是供电企业的重要任务,要管理好该项指标,必须建立起完整的、能够反映电网电压全貌的供电电压监测管理体系,故本文提出了基于配用电大数据的供电电压监测与分析的思想。基于现有具备电压监测功能的在线监测终端,实现变电站10kV母线、10kV馈线、配电变压器、各电压等级用户的电压全监测,从而及时发现电压异常情况。整合利用现有信息化系统的相关数据,深入分析电压异常原因,能快速定位瓶颈问题。本文结合某供电局实际案例,验证了基于配用电大数据的供电电压监测与分析的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:Increasing the rate of qualified voltage is an important task of power supply enterprise. To manage the index, power supply voltage monitoring and controlling system which can reflect the whole power grid voltage must be established. So, the idea of power supply voltage monitoring and analyzing based on the big data of distribution and utilization is proposed in this paper. The voltages of 10 kV substation bus, 10 kV feeder, distribution transformer and the users of voltage levels can be acquired based on on-line monitoring terminals with voltage monitoring function, which makes timely finding abnormal voltage become possible. Integrating and using the data in existing information systems, and analyzing the causes of abnormal voltage, can locate bottlenecks quickly. The feasibility and effectiveness of power supply voltage monitoring and analyzing based on the big data of distribution and utilization is verified by the actual cases of the power supply enterprises.
