中文摘要: 近年来,随着农村居民对供电能力与电能质量要求的不断提高,导致传统单辐射、长距离供电的农网线路低电压问题日益突出,尤其在用电负荷高峰期已严重影响了农村居民正常的生产生活用电秩序。本文在辨识引起农网低电压问题主要原因的基础上,从变电站侧和线路侧两个维度,归纳总结了现行常用解决低电压措施的优点与不足。提出针对农网点多面广等负荷特点,重点研究了利用分布式电源接入系统来解决低电压问题的技术策略。对同数量、同容量的分布式电源接入馈线的不同位置对供电电压及系统网损的影响进行了计算,仿真结果表明,分布式电源接入农网对解决低电压问题效果显著,且改善效果与分布式电源接入位置密切相关,将其接在馈线中后段的作用要优于接在馈线前端。并以期望通过本研究,为农村电网低电压治理不断完善与发展提供参考,满足农村全面建成小康社会需要。
Abstract:In recent years, with the continuous improvement of the power supply capacity and power quality requirements of rural residents, the low voltage problem of traditional single-radiation and long-distance power supply rural power lines has become increasingly prominent, especially in the peak period of power load, it has seriously affected the normal production and living electricity order of rural residents. Based on the identification of the main causes of low voltage problems in rural power grids, this paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the current commonly used solutions to low voltages from the two dimensions of substation side and line side. It’s aiming that at the multi-faceted and wide load characteristics of agricultural network points, the paper focuses on the technical strategy of using distributed power access systems to solve low voltage problems. The effects of different positions of the same number and the same capacity of distributed power access feeders on the supply voltage and system network loss are calculated, the simulation results show that the distributed power supply to the agricultural network has a significant effect on solving the low voltage problem, and the improvement effect is closely related to the distributed power access position. The function of the latter in the feeder is better than that at the front end of the feeder. It is hoped that through this research, it will provide reference for the continuous improvement and development of rural power grid low-voltage governance, and meet the needs of building a well-off society in rural areas.
