Abstract:By analyzing the pilot projects of the second batch of incremental distribution investment business, it is understood that the incremental distribution network has gradually entered the popularization stage from the top-level design, and the incremental distribution investment business is the key link in the reform of the electric power system. Its investment business involves the construction, investment and operation of the distribution network in the incremental market, which is more open and complex than the sales business. At the same time, due to the lack of supporting operational rules, most of the business of incremental distribution investment is still in the exploratory stage. Therefore, through combing the relevant data and the existing research results, from the aspects of business definition, investment mode, project management and operation mode of incremental distribution network, the key issues of gradually opening up incremental distribution investment business are studied, including the opening mode of incremental distribution investment business, pricing mechanism and the participation of power generation enterprises in the trial. At the same time, combined with the actual situation of the project, and based on the supporting implementation rules, the direction of incremental distribution reform can be correctly guided, so as to effectively improve the operational efficiency of distribution network on the basis of ensuring the safety of power supply.
