中文摘要: 数字化服务平台是管理现代企业的高效方式。为有效解决施工任务与人员、装备等资源的矛盾,保障输变电施工企业健康持续发展以及建设工程的安全和质量,针对输变电施工企业超能力承揽工程,安全风险增大,工程质量难以保证等问题,从实际需求出发,基于商业智能技术,开发了一套输变电施工企业工程承载力评估管理系统。通过建立施工企业人力资源及机具资源数据仓库,构建工程承载力计算分析模型,实现施工企业可承担项目的现状评估与计划监控,提高了输变电项目施工的风险控制能力和经营决策能力,具有广阔的应用前景。应用结果表明该评估系统科学合理、切实有效,对施工企业有很好的指导意义,为企业合理安排工作任务和加强安全质量管理提供了有益参考和依据。
Abstract:Digital service platform is an efficient way to manage modern enterprises. In order to effectively solve the contradiction between construction tasks and personnel, equipment and other resources, ensure the health and continuous development of power transmission and transformation construction enterprises and the safety and quality of construction projects, in view of the problems such as overcapacity engineering, increased safety risk, and difficult to guarantee the quality of engineering, from the practical demands and based on business intelligence technology, this paper presents an engineering capacity evaluation system for transmission substation construction companies, against the background of the engineering evaluation standard for Sichuan power transmission and transformation construction enterprises. An engineering capacity calculation model was built by establishing human resources and equipment resources data warehouse. Meanwhile, situation assessment of projects and planning of construct enterprise are realized to improve the risk control capability and operational decision-making capacity. The system has a wide application prospect. The application results show that the evaluation system is scientific, reasonable, practical and effective, and has a good guiding significance for construction enterprises. It provides useful reference and basis for enterprises to rationally arrange work tasks and sternghen safety and quality management.
