Abstract:It is an important basis for continuously improving the input-output level of the company to strengthen the analysis and management of the company''s economic activities, to predict the internal and external development situation scientifically, and to coordinate the input and financial capabilities. In recent years, with the promotion of the conversion of new and old kinetic energy and the further deepening of the reform of power system, the internal and external environment of power supply enterprises has changed, and the traditional economic activity analysis mechanism needs to be changed urgently.Based on the SCP analysis model, this paper starts with the three dimensions of market structure, enterprise behavior, and business performance,which establish customer group and demand base, and track and analyze the changes in the market structure, carry out the whole process management of the comprehensive plan, and keep an eye on the progress of the project implementation, implementation of the "three dimensional" evaluation system, control and enhance the level of enterprise performance. Through the comprehensive analysis of the economic activities in the reporting period, the company expands the prediction mode, consummate the data analysis and audit evaluation mechanism, and promote the construction of responsibility, process, system and assessment coordination mechanism, and build a comprehensive and coordinated economic activity analysis mechanism to provide the basis for the decision of the company.
