中文摘要: 为推进实施南方电网公司发展战略,构建“一主两翼、国际拓展”产业发展布局,全力支撑南方电网公司建成具有全球竞争力的世界一流企业,促进公司跨国业务及外派员工的共同发展,本文结合国内外研究成果,为外派人员的适应性研究与实际操作提供参考,对产业跨国公司员工在派往东道国工作时需要面对的首要问题是与母国不同的工作生活环境, 由此产生的外派人员适应性问题成为学者关注的重点。本文聚焦于国内外外派适应性研究的最新进展,在梳理外派适应性研究文献的基础上,对外派适应性的内涵界定、测量工具、前因变量和结果变量的相关研究进行系统评述,并指出未来应着重研究的问题。
Abstract:In order to improve the implementation of development strategy of China Southern Power Grid Company Limited, the construction of “one body with two wings as well as international expansion”, the insurance of making China Southern Power Grid Company Limited the first-class enterprise in the world, and the promotion of overseas business and the development of expatriates, this paper focuses on the latest progress in the studies of expatriate adjustment. Based on a literature review, it systematically analyzes the research of connotation definition, measurement tools, antecedents and consequences of expatriate adjustment, and finally points out the emphasis of future research.
