Abstract:At present, Power supply enterprises before the planned power failure,only through newspapers and other media, the corresponding power failure notice will be issued to all power customers covered by power failure lines. Such an extensive way of notice,has been unable to meet the increasingly sophisticated management of customer service requirements.State Grid Presided Distribution of data in battalion and distribution, remarkable achievements have been achieved at the provincial power companies, and made breakthroughs in application based on data fusion of different systems. The integration of distribution data and the integration of power grid equipment and user information is realized, from the grid equipment data to user data, the layout of "one map" has been realized,that provides data and technical support for the analysis of the power failure scope and the specific users.This paper discusses on the basis of data integration in battalion allocation and dispatching,speeding up the construction of power supply service command platform,big data analysis topological of the influence range of planned outage and power failure, outage information analysis and other business functions such as household and power failure information notifications.In order to achieve the fine requirements of customer service management and enhance the level of power quality service.
