中文摘要: 750千伏超高压变电站综合自动化系统承担着远动功能、自动控制功能、测量表计功能、接口和系统用途、继电保护及同相关的功能等多重重要用途功能,其运行状态可直接危及电网系统的安全稳定运行。现场运行经验表明:系统环节缺陷,即通讯中断、服务器宕机和网络风暴是造成变电站综合自动化系统异常的主要因素。本文对上述3种环节缺陷进行分析,针对以上缺陷将边缘计算与变电站“三层两网”结构结合,探究了优化环节缺陷的基于边缘计算的变电站综合自动化系统,并通过比较现有综自系统与基于边缘计算的综自系统在远方遥控上的程序,对基于边缘计算的综自系统的意义进行阐述,为后续750千伏超高压输电系统智能变电站综自系统研究工作提供了借鉴和理论依据。
Abstract:The SCADA System of 750KV EHV substation bears multiple important functions such as remote control function, automatic control function, measurement meter function, interface and system use, relay protection and related functions, and its operation status can directly concern whether the power grid system can work safely and stably. The on-site operating experience shows that the system link defects, ie, communication interruptions, server downtime and network storms, are the main factors that cause anomalies of substation’s SCADA system.
This paper has analyzed the three defects mentioned above. Besides, it also explores the substation SCADA system based on edge computing by combining the“three-tier and two-net” structure with edge computing.Moreover, it elaborates the significance of the SCADA system based on edge computing through making a comparison over process of remote control between existing comprehensive self-system and SCADA system based on edge computing, which will provide reference and theoretical basis for the research of 750KV EHV transmission system intelligent substation SCADA system.
